Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) 

As a condition for receiving Federal financial assistnace, MetroLINK has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49  CFR Part 26.
