Bettendorf Transit

Bettendorf Transit is a municipally-operated transit system within the City of Bettendorf, Iowa. The system currently consists of three (3) fixed-routes, Dial-A-Bus demand response service, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Paratransit service. In July 2013, MetroLINK entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Bettendorf to provide back-office administrative, dispatching, and customer call center support on behalf of the system.

Bettendorf Transit does not operate on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day. 
Saturday Service 
Bettendorf Transit contracts with River Bend Transit of Davenport, Iowa to provide fixed-route service on Saturdays. Saturday fixed-route service runs hourly, as opposed to 30-minute headways on most routes during Monday-Friday service. 

ADA Paratransit Service

The City of Bettendorf offers Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Paratransit service to riders who are functionally unable to ride fixed-route service. Riders can contact Bettendorf Transit at (563)344-4088 to obtain more information on how to apply to utilize the ADA Paratransit service. Once eligibility is approved, riders must call River Bend Transit at (563)386-1350 to schedule a ride. Twenty-four (24) hour advance scheduling is strongly encouraged for ADA Paratransit trips, as same day trips are only scheduled if there is availability. 
Dial-A-Bus Service
The City of Bettendorf offers Dial-A-Bus service during the same hours as fixed-route service within the City of Bettendorf. Similar to Saturday fixed-route and ADA paratransit service, the City of Bettendorf contracts the operation of Dial-A-Bus service to River Bend Transit.
